Hollins was among the eight universities represented by undergraduate researchers at the (VAPS) Spring Conference, held April 19 in Staunton.
VAPS seeks to advance psychology as a science in all of its interdisciplinary and applied aspects at the undergraduate, graduate, and professional levels. The professional association promotes the exchange of experience and research among psychologists through discussions, presentations, and publications as well as by educating the public about the purposes and goals of the science of psychology.
Hollins psychology majors presented their research during conference poster sessions. These included:

In addition to Hollins, students from Eastern Mennonite University, George Mason University, James Madison University, Liberty University, Mary Baldwin University, Radford University, and the University of Mary Washington presented at the spring conference.
