Where will I stay during the program?
Students will live in Hollins residence halls during the program. This provides an opportunity to get comfortable with campus living before the semester begins.Ìý

What is a peer mentor?
Peer mentors are current Hollins students who support participants throughout the program. They serve as guides, role models, and resources, helping you navigate both the program and your transition into college life.Ìý

Yes. Level Up! includes sessions on time management, study strategies, and navigating academic expectations. Students will also create a personal academic success plan to use during their first semester.Ìý

Yes! One of the biggest benefits of Level Up! is forming early connections. You’ll build relationships with your cohort, peer mentors, and campus staff before the broader student body arrives.Ìý

Yes. Students will participate in experiences in the Roanoke Valley, which may include community service, outdoor activities, or cultural exploration.Ìý
